This product can solve the problem that heavy materials are accurately transported along with pre-set routes at any position so as to improve automatic degree and transportation efficiency, which can realize information administration and guarantee the safety at operation spots.
This manipulator can recognize work piece specifications, identify work piece positions , correctly grab work piece and then transport accurately to setting positions (like jig center). It can completely and accurately grab, transport, set and loosen work pieces without artificial supplementary. Meanwhile, it won’t interfere or impact loading parts of other equipment.
It is a key issue to be addressed in this project to ensure high accuracy positioning under the conditions of heavy load and large span. At the same time, it needs to meet requirements of equipment automation and information technology.
